New Zealand Menu

Our New Zealand menu consists of 3 cold / ambient entree sharing plates, then moves into our mains phase with 3 mains and 3 sides served sharing plates style. Then an individually plated dessert to finish.

NZ white bait fritters w lemon aioli / fresh chives ( seasonal - cloudy bay clam fritters )

Mains Selection.

Hapuka / Brown butter and charred lemon emulsion / Watercress oil / Fresh watercress

Smoked and confit free range NZ pork belly / Caramelized onion puree

Slow braised smoked NZ beef short rib / Truffle jus 

 

Sides.

Fresh rewana bread / whipped brown butter

Crispy triple cooked roast agria potatoes 

Smoky charred cabbage / Crispy shallots / Bacon

NZ Honey glazed roasted kumara

 

Dessert.

Kumara and roast white chocolate tart / roast cashew crumb / Manuka Honey ice cream
