Japanese Menu

Our Japanese menu consists of 3 cold / ambient entree sharing plates, then moves into our mains phase with 3 mains and 3 sides served sharing plates style. Then an individually plated dessert to finish. 

Vegetarian / Vegan alternative options are available

Entrees Selection

Eye fillet of beef tataki, tsuyu / yuzu dressing, truffle potato, chives, lemon

Roast sesame broccoli salad, fresh blanched broccoli, served cold with our house made roast sesame dressing, roast sesame seeds, lemon juice and zest

Tuna / Kingfish tataki / Roast sesame aioli / citrus salad

 

Mains Selection.

White miso pork belly - tender slow cooked pork belly / finished over charcoal / white miso glaze / roast black sesame / fresh spring onion

Eye fillet of beef cooked over charcoal /  tsuyu and truffle jus / fresh chives / charred spring onion

Karaage chicken /  marinated free range chicken thighs / crispy gluten free batter / tonkatsu / japanese mayo.

 

Sides.

Soba noodles / Tsuyu dressing  /  wasabi aioli / fresh cucumber / roast sesame seeds / pickled ginger / shaved radish / daikon /  tempura crumbs 

Fresh cucumber salad / miso yuzu dressing / black sesame / Mild chilli oil

Triple cooked roast agria / tsuyu aioli

 

Dessert.

Yuzu and roasted white chocolate cheesecake / Yuzu icecream / Matcha
